2011 Womens Gathering

In response to keen community interest, it has been decided to bid for the 2011 WOMEN’S GATHERING to be held in GLOUCESTER. The Women’s Gathering is held around Spring of each year; however the bidding process for the 2011 Gathering needs to be complete by this year's end (2009).
The Womens' Gatherings are an annual event attracting upwards of 400 people, held over a weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and organised by the local community via an organising committee.
To date, Gatherings have been held in Orange, Gunnedah, Yanco, Cobar, Tocal (Paterson), Cooma, Moree, Wellington, Kempsey, Bourke, Temora, Coonabarabran, Bega, Hay and Coonamble; with the next Gathering to be held in Junee on 18-20 September 2009.
